Jim Kovacik and Robert Michael met while working at 97.9 the Box in Houston, one of the first Hip Hop stations in the country. Jim was the creative force behind four successful morning shows. Robert focused on programming the station to #1, which he did in his first year. With the excitement of the podcast boom, Jim and Rob joined forces again in 2020 to help corporations, broadcasters and individuals take their podcasts to new heights.
